We are seeking talented interpreters to join our Video Relay Service team working from home, delivering the National Relay Service.

As an Auslan Interpreter you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service to the Deaf, speech communication difficulty and hard of hearing community
Provide an efficient response to customer requests
Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information in an accurate and careful manner
Role 1 - Ideally be available at least 2 days per week, one of these days being Friday
Role 2 - Ideally be available Monday through Thursday or at least 2 of these days per week
NAATI accredited Provisional Interpreters
5+ years proven experience interpreting in a range of contexts within the Deaf community
Understand and follow the Interpreter Code of Ethics
Current ASLIA membership is preferable
Be available to undertake 3 days of online training
