Biography of our Presenter
Dr Mahshid Sadeghpour is a Lecturer in Cyber Security at RMIT University, holding a Ph.D. in Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning. Before joining RMIT, Mahshid worked as a data scientist at the ANU’s Social Research Centre, where she gained valuable industrial experience. In 2022, she was honoured with the Young Scientist Research Prize by the Royal Society of Victoria for her groundbreaking work on privacy protection of biometrics.
