The highlight of the year’s calendar for language professionals brings together interpreters, translators, scholars and industry leaders from across Australia and beyond. We’re thrilled you’ll be part of it!  Expect rich opportunities for learning, networking and professional growth across three vibrant days.

As you complete your registration, don’t forget to let us know any dietary requirements – including for the optional social events:

  • Welcome Reception, Wednesday 18 November @ The Malt Shovel Taphouse, Festival Centre, Festival Dr, Adelaide, 7:00 to 10:00 PM ACDT. This is a networking event, with canapes and drinks.
  • Conference Dinner, Thursday 19 November @ The National Wine Centre, Hickinbotham Hall, Cnr of Botanic and Hackney Road, Adelaide, 7:00 to 11:30 PM ACDT. This is a formal 3-course dinner and drinks, including entertainment. AUSIT Awards will also be presented at the event.

After registering your group, you can pay online via credit card or pay offline via EFT. Note that registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. If you need assistance, you can email admin@asusit.org or call us on 1800 284 181.

Group booking instructions:

  • Begin by registering the key contact first – the invoice will be addressed to them with their contact details.
  • To add others, click ADD GUEST and include their name, contact details, dietary requirements, languages (if applicable) etc, and enter “1” ticket for any extracurricular activity they will attend. Leave blank if no tickets are required for these social activities. When complete, click DONE.
  • Repeat by clicking ADD GUEST for each additional registrant.
  • After entering all guest details and activity selections, click NEXT. Review the registration summary. To make changes, click BACK. If all details are correct, click PAY ONLINE to complete payment by credit card or pay invoice offline via EFT.

By registering for the 2026 Conference, you agree to the event Ticket Refund Policy and Photography/Video Policy (below).

Ticket Refund Policy and Photography/Video Policy

A 90% refund will be available on cancellations made before 31 October 2026; after this date, no refunds will be available. By registering for participation in our conference, you consent to being included in group photographs/recordings taken during the event by our professional photographer/videographer. Should you prefer not to be included in individual/small group photos/video, please let our photographer know when/after they approach you, and they will ensure those photos are deleted.
