Presenter - J. Angelo Berbotto

J. Angelo Berbotto LLB(Hons, UTS), LLM (Sapienza, Rome), LLM (Lon), LLM (Complutense, Madrid) is a solicitor based in Sydney and a NAATI certified translator (English > Spanish and French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish > English).

He has worked mainly in Child Protection Law and in Public Law, serving as Attorney-General of the British Overseas Territory of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha from 2016 to 2018. Upon returning to Australia, Angelo worked as Assistant Parliamentary Counsel, drafting legislation, before deciding to pursue his legal career part-time and build up his translation practice in 2022.

Angelo was elected the President of the AUSIT at the AGM in November 2022.

PD Level - Introductory PD
Certificates for PD purposes will be available approximately two (2) weeks after the event after confirmation of attendance on the day.

The AUSIT President is taking this seminar around the country throughout 2023.   It is important for him to meet  face to face with AUSIT members, to get a feeling of what’s like working in different corners of Australia so that he can best represent the interests of ALL members of AUSIT.

This seminar will be run online at some point during the year and will be for practitioners who did not have a chance to meet in person.

THIS SESSION WILL NOT BE RECORDED

We look forward to seeing you there!
