We will be electing office-bearer roles for a period of 3 years, commencing immediately from the ABM. Current committee members have nominated for the roles of Chair and Branch Appointed Director (Elaine Wu), Secretary (Samar Nashi), PD Coordinator (Lama Al-Akhras). We have vacancies for the Membership Liaison Officer and Communication Officer roles. For further information about these roles, please refer to the Branch Committee Position Descriptions. To nominate for any of these roles, including that of Committee Member, please fill out the NSW nomination form and email it to nsw@ausit.org by 25 September 2026. The only condition is that you are a financial member of the branch, and that you have an interest in working collegially in the interests of our members and the profession.
Our afternoon activities are preceded by a paid PD event in the morning. If you would like to know more information and to register (a separate registration is required) please click here.
